Delight's executive editor had an informative conversation with Domino's pizza yesterday morning and will be writing an in-depth article on the gluten-free crust issue very soon.
In the meantime, Domino's suggests contacting the The National Foundation for Celiac Awareness for any questions regarding their certification as an NFCA-certified gluten-free restaurant.
