Tropical Guacamole

Tropical Guacamole
Yield: 8 servings

4 Haas avocados, peeled and seed removed  
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 white or yellow onion, finely chopped
1 cup finely chopped pineapple
1 tomato, finely chopped
½ cup cilantro leaves, finely chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder

  1. In a mixing bowl, mash avocado until smooth. Mix in lime juice to prevent browning.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Serve with corn chips.
