Sautéed Green Beans

Sautéed Green Beans
Yield: 6 servings

2 tablespoons butter or dairy-free substitute
1 ½ pounds green beans, washed, tips removed
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 cup pine nuts

  1. Heat butter in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add green beans and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes, until lightly browned. Add salt, garlic, and pine nuts and sauté for another 2 minutes.
