Rice Paper: A Tool for the Healthful Chef

Rice paper is often used in Vietnamese and Thai cooking and is made of rice flour or a mix of rice and tapioca flour. Rice paper is light, healthy, and can really elevate a seemingly average meal to make beautiful spring rolls, either raw, steamed, or fried.
