This is so irresponsible of her to label her atkins diet as A GF diet! It is why people like me who have celiacs get labeled as being a part of a fad!

I think going gluten-free doesn't mean weight loss if you are eating a bunch of sugar and white bread. Eat Wholegrains and gluten-free and sure the weight could come off. That is why we started The Gluten-Free Bistro so people can enjoy healthy gluten-free foods.

GO GAGA!!!

Gluten free is not a diet to lose weight! As a Celiac/IBS sufferer it is a diet to stop my intestines from twisting into a knot and to prevent cancer. It is not fun. Leave it to the famous to make a disease diet fashionable. Hey, do you want some Celiac's on the side?

In my opinion, there are plenty of yacon syrup benefits that can be discussed, and the best part is that it causes no side effects, and is completely safe on your body.
