Icy Cool Margarita Popsicles
3 cups limeade
3 tablespoons tequila, plus some (substitute fresh lemon juice if making non-alcoholic)
3 tablespoons orange juice
Kosher salt for garnish
Wooden popsicle sticks
1. Combine limeade, 3 tbs tequila, and 3 tbs orange juice in bowl, and mix well.
2. Pour mix into popsicle molds and place in freezer until fully frozen, about 1-2 hours.
3. Before serving, place kosher salt on plate and pour extra tequila in shallow bowl. Unmold popsicles and dip both skinny sides, the entire length, into tequila, and then into salt.
4. Serve immediately after garnishing.
