Host a Gluten-Free Olympic Pizza Party

The Olympics are a time of great international pride. Every four years, bitter enemies come together in peace to compete for the title of the best in the world. While the Olympics are all about sports, I also like to think of the Olympics as a time to enjoy the unique flavors of the world.

Each country comes with its own set of culinary traditions. Flavors were developed over centuries of  grandmothers in the kitchen and families around the dining room table. Visiting each of these countries and tasting the food will leave you with so much respect and a deep understanding for the history of the respective nations.

Since we all can’t travel around the world while we’re watching the Olympics, this year, I decided to take one of my favorite foods—pizza—and integrate the flavors of the world with ready-made or easy-to-make gluten-free pizza crusts. Start with one of these crusts found on www.glutenfreely.com and then pick your favorite country and experience the flavors of the world!
