Grilled Salmon with Mango Salsa
Yield: 4 servings

4 salmon steaks
Salt
Pepper
1 large ripe mango, diced
1 large tomato, diced
1 red onion, diced
1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 garlic clove, minced
ΒΌ cup lime juice

  1. Preheat the grill. Season salmon steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill the salmon for 6-8 minutes; flip and repeat on other side.
  3.  For the salsa, combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Spoon heaping spoonfuls on top of salmon for serving.
