Gluten Intolerance Group Wants NFCA's Amber Designation Ditched

There has been much uproar in the gluten-free community regarding the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA) issuing an Amber Designation to Domino's "gluten-free" Pizza.  The Gluten Intolerance Group of North America (GIG) would like to see this designation removed.

The mission of the Gluten Intolerance Group of North America is to support persons with gluten intolerances, celiac disease, dermatitis herpetiformis, and other gluten sensitivities, through consumer and industry services and programs that positively promote healthy lives.

Please read the open letter written by Cynthia Kupper, Executive Director of GIG, to Alice Bast, Executive Director, NFCA.

If you would like to help make this important change happen, please sign your name to the petition listed here - Ditch NFCA's Amber Designation.
