Gluten-Free Restaurant Posana Cafe in NC Receives Green Travel Recognition

Posana Cafe: 1st Business in North Carolina to Receive Green Travel Recognition from N.C. Department of Environment and Natural Resources

Posana Cafe is a 100% gluten-free upscale casual restaurant in downtown Asheville, N.C. that utilizes as many local ingredients as are available, depending on the season. Over the last year, Posana Cafe has built on one of its core foundations of business by continuing to make their business more sustainable and more environmentally friendly. This work has not gone unnoticed, and they have received numerous awards and recognition for their ongoing efforts.

The upcoming Fall 2012 issue of Delight Gluten-Free Magazine features an in-depth look at Posana’s green restaurant initiative.

Posana Cafe, located in downtown Asheville on Historic Pack Square, features a full service liquor and espresso bar, indoor and outdoor dining, multiple lounge areas, comfortable bar seating and an elegant 800 Sq Ft private event room.

They don't advertise gluten free, and you would never know that their kitchen is completely gluten free, the food is always amazing! And the prices are so reasonable. Go there, try breakfast, lunch and dinner!
