The Summer 2011 Fancy Foods Show was a spectacular display of gluten-free goodness. Our Delight Gluten-Free Magazine team was lucky enough to meet with over 200 food manufacturers proudly displaying the gluten-free label. We will continue to write about these companies over the next several months, but wanted to go ahead and send out our first round up of new awesome products!
