Delightful Gluten-Free Products at the Summer Fancy Foods Show

The Summer 2011 Fancy Foods Show was a spectacular display of gluten-free goodness. Our Delight Gluten-Free Magazine team was lucky enough to meet with over 200 food manufacturers proudly displaying the gluten-free label. We will continue to write about these companies over the next several months, but wanted to go ahead and send out our first round up of new awesome products!

One special note…we are so excited to announce that one of our favorite companies—Kitchen Table Bakers—was the recipient of a Sofi Gold Award in the Outstanding Cracker Category for their Sesame Parmesan Crisps. The crackers have an amazing texture and crunch with sesame seeds and a bold Parmesan flavor! We love dipping them in hummus, guacamole or baba ghanoush! Congratulations to the Kitchen Table Bakers! http://www.kitchentablebakers.com
