Dark Chocolate Almond Fondue

Dark Chocolate Almond Fondue
Yield: 4 servings

1 cup heavy whipping cream
16 ounces dark chocolate, grated or finely chopped
2 tablespoons Raspberry brandy
½ cup crushed almonds

  1. Using a double boiler, heat whipping cream until warm, but not boiling.
  2. Add grated dark chocolate, stirring constantly until fully melted. Remove from heat and stir in Amaretto.
  3. Transfer to a fondue pot and garnish with crushed almonds.
