Chuck E. Cheese Goes Gluten-Free
Having been successful in their Minnesota pilot program and in response to increasing demand, Chuck E. Cheese announced today that its gluten-free menu, including pizza and cupcakes, will be available nationwide. The products arrive to each location sealed from a certified gluten-free facility in New Jersey.
"When we began this process, it was important that we focused on doing gluten-free the right way and making our product accessible even for guests with strict gluten intolerance," said Joe Elliot, Chuck E. Cheese's vice president of Research and Development in an interview with Pizza Marketplace.
